These terms govern your use of the Hashtag International website and any order you place with us. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About These Terms

This website is operated by Hashtag International. By browsing the site, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us.

These terms should be read together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Who We Sell To

We are a business-to-business supplier of telecom, networking and IT hardware. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to enter into this contract, either on your own behalf or for the organisation you represent.

3. Products and Specifications

Product names, images, specifications and datasheets are indicative and are largely supplied by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s official documentation is the definitive source. Images may not show the exact model, revision, colour or bundled accessories.

Please confirm exact specification, compatibility and suitability with our team before ordering. We are happy to advise, but the final decision on whether a product fits your requirement rests with you.

4. Prices, Quotations and Taxes

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable GST is charged in addition to the listed price unless a quotation states otherwise. Your tax invoice will show the HSN code, the GST rate and the tax breakup.
  • If you are registered for GST and wish to claim input tax credit, you must give us your GSTIN before the invoice is raised. We cannot re-issue an invoice to add a GSTIN afterwards.
  • Hardware pricing moves with exchange rates and manufacturer revisions. A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it; if no period is stated, it is valid for 15 days.
  • We try to keep listed prices accurate. If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical or human error, we will tell you before processing the order and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Listing a product on this website is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing, or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if stock is unavailable, a pricing or listing error is found, the delivery location cannot be serviced, or payment or customer details cannot be verified. If we do so after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

  • Orders placed through this website are payable in full at checkout unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
  • An order is treated as paid only once the gateway confirms the payment to us. A debit shown on your bank statement without that confirmation is usually a pending or failed transaction and is normally reversed by your bank; contact us if it is not.
  • Goods remain our property until payment is received in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Delivery

We deliver across India through third-party couriers and transporters. Delivery timelines quoted on the site or in a quotation are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on stock, destination, and factors outside our control.

  • Please check the packaging at the time of delivery and record any visible damage with the courier.
  • Report shortages, transit damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim in time.
  • If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive the goods, any re-delivery cost may be charged to you.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

9. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We are not the warrantor: warranty terms, duration and remedies are set by the manufacturer, and claims are handled under their process. We will help you raise and follow up a claim.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, liquid ingress, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.

10. Installation and Services

Where installation, configuration or support is quoted, its scope is limited to what the quotation says. Site readiness, power, cabling, civil work, internet connectivity and third-party licences are your responsibility unless expressly included.

11. Intellectual Property

The content, design, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Hashtag International or its licensors. Manufacturer brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, submit false orders, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to that claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, downtime or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, transport disruption, government action, power or network failure, or supply shortages from manufacturers.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable consumer protection provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
